All parts remain the property of BVA Motorsports, LLC until paid in full. All engine modification parts, brake parts, European headlights and taillights, (except for those that are direct factory replacement parts), are for use on racing vehicles only, which may not be used on public roads in the USA. Check your local laws. User assumes all costs and risks associated with these and all other items.

Warranty:
All items on this website are warranted to be free from defects in manufacture, material and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. This warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination for all warranty claims will be at our sole discretion. This warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or shipping costs, arising from the use of any products on the website.

Cores:
Core charges will be credited to you after a core of matching description has been returned in rebuildable condition. All cores must be returned within 60 days to receive your credit.
